ABOUT Joe
Joe Owen is a real estate developer and investor. Since graduating Murray State University, where he was named a Murray State distinguished alum in 2018, he has held the roles of attorney, business owner, investor, and CEO. Currently, he is a managing member of the real estate group responsible for City Lights Condominiums, Poston at the Park, and Skyline Hampton Inn, with with several other multi-family and hotel properties in the preliminary stages of the development process.
As a real estate developer, he participates, along with his team, through all phases of land acquisition, property development, construction completion, and marketing.
